  • Half a cup of tomato soup, a teaspoon of white vinegar, half a cup of black beans, half a cup of corn, half a yellow pepper, a quarter of a tomato, a spoon of red onion, and seven slices of tortilla bread.

  • Three lettuce leaves, two pieces of grilled shrimp, 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese, cooked macaroni ounces, five teaspoons tomato, 1 tablespoon Italian vinegar sauce, and two fresh minced basil leaves.

  • A third of a cup of cooked rice, half a cup of grilled vegetables, one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of lemon juice, a cup of chopped helium, and a spoon of fresh minced basil.

  • An ounce of skinless chicken meat, a cup of broccoli, a green onion, and a spoon of peanut oil and a cup of brown rice.
