Breakfast: a fruit salad, a cup of skimmed milk, a piece of sliced bananas, in addition to three tablespoons of cornflakes, three tablespoons of a night, and a spoon of fodder nuts.
Between breakfast and lunch: a cup of skimmed milk.
Lunch: Half a loaf of municipal bread, a cup of soup, and grain of cucumber.
Between lunch and dinner: a grain of fruit.
Dinner: a grain of fruit, a cup of skimmed milk and two cucumbers.

Throughout the accursed period, it is preferable to drink more water, which is equivalent to three liters each day, and to permanently move away from diabetes, foods containing fat and calories, and to obtain an effective result, exercise should be practiced every day, such as walking, jumping and rope.
